The legal basis for the processing of the personal data of Legal Trainee Applicants is the legal obligation of PCN Law Firm (when the processing of data is necessary to conclude a contract for the professional volunteer training of a legal trainee) and the consent of the Legal Trainee Applicants.

Office Visitors

PCN Law Firm takes security measures in the office, including video surveillance and office access controls.

We collect and process the personal data of Office Visitors for the following purposes:

– protection of the life and health of Office Visitors and PCN Law Firm employees; and

Through the video surveillance system, the following categories of personal data are processed: the physical appearance of Office Visitors entering and leaving the PCN Law Firm office and the physical appearance of PCN Law Firm employees.

We collect personal data through a video surveillance system of which you are duly notified by a Video Surveillance Notice prominently displayed at the entrance to the PCN Law Firm office.

Video surveillance recordings and records of Office Visitors are securely stored, the processing activities of this personal data are carried out by PCN Law Firm employees duly authorized for this and are only accessible on a legal basis (eg. to review an incident).

We do not share data about you with third parties, except in the case of a request from the Agency for Personal Data Protection, court, the police, or other authorities and bodies for the exercise of their competencies, and only if there is a legal basis for it.

  • Storage period of collected data

PCN Law Firm keeps the recordings from the video surveillance for a maximum of 30 days (unless another law prescribes a longer period), and after the expiration of this period, they are deleted.

If damage has been done and it can be determined on the recordings, that part of the recorded material can be kept by PLF until the end of the procedure.

Transfer of personal data

PCN Law Firm does not transfer your personal data to third parties or to third countries except in the case under conditions provided by the applicable regulation.
